The cat comes first
Always prioritize the cat's health and safety. Follow the care instructions from the cat's family carefully and report any health concerns immediately.
Be honest and clear
Keep your profile accurate and up to date. Communicate clearly about what you can and can't do. All experience levels are welcome, just be upfront about where you stand.
Respect each other
Treat everyone with kindness. Respond to messages in a reasonable time and honor your commitments. If you say you will help, follow through.
Be responsible
Only offer help you can realistically provide. Keep the home clean and secure, and respect their home and privacy.
Build trust
Leave honest reviews after receiving or giving help. Complete your profile with a real photo and accurate info. Report concerns to help keep the community safe.
If guidelines are broken
Anyone who breaks the guidelines may have their profile suspended. Get in touch if you have questions or want to report something.
